  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, intimate or sanitary goods, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  1. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions for returning the product.
  • Returns must be shipped within 2 days after approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
  1. Refund Process
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  1. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at brijbhoj.care@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.
  • The exchange process follows the same return process as described above.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products
  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at brijbhoj.care@gmail.com or 8192019185 within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after receiving photos or evidence of the issue.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
